Quality Policy
The vision of LIFEPLUS BIOMEDICAL SERVICES is to provide innovative, preventive, and personalized biomedical services that promote well-being and healthy aging. LIFEPLUS BIOMEDICAL SERVICES employs modern and innovative scientific biomedical methods and tools for the personalized assessment of a patient’s physical condition, together with expert guidance on how to improve overall health status and metabolic health biomarkers in support of well-being.
The primary objective of LIFEPLUS BIOMEDICAL SERVICES is the provision of two main biomedical services:
• Contemporary analysis of telomeres and genomic characteristics of a patient
• Provision of personalized guidance based on the results of telomere and genomic analyses, as well as on the patient’s lifestyle
LIFEPLUS BIOMEDICAL SERVICES aims at achieving international recognition for its technical and scientific competence and at expanding its activities with the goal of promoting human well-being and healthy aging. The highly qualified personnel comprising the company’s scientific and technical team have developed a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, with the aim of standardizing company operations, establishing and implementing error-prevention mechanisms, and continuously improving the services provided to its clients.
The Company Management, believing in and adopting the policy of continuous improvement of the quality of the services provided, commits to the following principles, which constitute the Quality Policy of LIFEPLUS BIOMEDICAL SERVICES:
The independence of the Director and all other company personnel from any influence, ensuring impartiality and integrity.
Faithful implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, as well as the regulations and recommendations of the certification body.
Continuous provision of services to clients in compliance with certification requirements.
Continuous training of personnel to ensure a high level of expertise in the provision of biomedical services and in quality assurance matters.
Implementation of internal quality audits.
Use of appropriate equipment and assurance of suitable facilities and environmental conditions.
Efficient maintenance, calibration, and/or verification of laboratory equipment in accordance with requirements.
Continuous updating and monitoring of current editions of standard methods and relevant scientific literature related to the company’s field of activity.
Compliance with and continuous improvement of safety rules.
Support of the company’s clients and provision of all necessary information related to the services offered. Timely handling of complaints or claims based on documented procedures.
Maintenance of the integrity of the company’s Quality Management System when changes to the system are planned and implemented.
Compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.
Establishment of Quality Objectives, the achievement of which is reviewed at regular intervals.
Development of conditions of mutual trust and cooperation with approved laboratory suppliers.
Company Management commits to providing all necessary resources and means for the implementation of the Quality Policy. The Quality Manager is responsible for quality control and for monitoring the operation of the Quality Management System, as well as all quality-related matters. The Technical Director is responsible for implementing the Quality Policy. All company personnel involved in service provision activities must be informed of the quality documentation and must apply the Quality Policy and the procedures of the Quality Management System in their work.
