Professor A. Tsatsakis had the honor to be the keynote speaker together with Nobelist Dr. Lewitt from Stanford University in the international congress for Traditional Chinese Medicine organized by the Chinese government and Alpha group of companies. The creation of novel biomedical healthcare services, technologies, and products developed in Prof. Tsatsakis’ labs at the University of Crete and from cooperating partner networks worldwide was one of the recent scientific highlights he discussed. The presentation and interviews sparked a lot of interest among Chinese government and business officials, opening the door to creative collaborative opportunities in the biomedical sciences that will be further exploited.
